Help Us Win a Webby

Great news: FactCheck.org again has been nominated for best Politics website for the 18th Annual Webby Awards. But we need your help to make sure that we win one.

The annual competition recognizes the best websites, mobile apps, online film and video, and interactive advertising. It presents two honors: the Webby Award, which is awarded by a panel of judges, and the Webby People’s Voice Award, which is voted on by the public.

We didn’t win the judges’ award in 2013. That went to Truthdig, which ended our three-year run (2010-2012) as the winner of that award. But we did win our sixth People’s Voice Award, and we’d like to win again this year, so we need your help.

Simply cast your ballot for FactCheck.org from among the five finalists in the Politics category. You can vote after signing up using your email address or one of three different social media accounts. Voting ends on April 24 at 11:59 p.m. PST.

We thank you for your continued support, and hope that we will be able to add at least one more slinky to our trophy case when Webby winners are announced on April 29.
