Week of July 24, 2008 We stop four ads in their tracks and debunk misleads on energy, war funding, Afghanistan hearings and attributions gone AWOL.
Historically, have vice presidential candidates really helped win states in the general election? Presidential nominees don't pick their running mates based on this strategy as often as one might think. Even when they do, the results are decidedly mixed.
Today is Pioneer Day, the annual commemoration of when the first Mormon pioneers, led by Brigham Young, entered the Valley of the Great Salt Lake in 1847.
