A: No. The claim originated on a satire website.
Q: Has the “head” of the Democratic Party been “hauled out in handcuffs”?
A: No. A partisan website has used decade-old charges against an Alabama Democrat as clickbait.
Q: Did a Muslim waitress refuse to seat 27 Christians?
A: No. That claim is completely made up. The restaurant where it supposedly happened doesn’t even exist.
Q: Has Attorney General Jeff Sessions resigned?
A: No. That claim came from a made-up story originally posted on a self-described satirical site.
Q: Has George Soros been paying NFL players to protest?
A: No. A story making that claim offers no evidence to support it.
Q: Is Fox News Channel anchor Shepard Smith being fired because of “his hate” for President Trump?
A: No. That debunked claim has been circulating online since last year.
Q: Was a recently discovered encampment in Arizona used as a “child rape camp”?
A: There is no evidence to support that claim. Authorities say their investigation revealed no such criminal activity.
Q: Have the “feds bust[ed] Barack Obama” on felony charges?
A: No. That claim is based on the false assertion that the former president committed treason in his last few months in office.
Q: Is Nathan Larson — who has expressed support for pedophilia, rape and incest — a Republican candidate for Congress?
A: No. Larson is running for a Virginia congressional seat as an independent.
